127675 - After being dragged, Personal Toolbar items get "sunken" effect when hovered over

Description

Build 2002022103 on Win2k.

* Move your mouse cursor to a bookmark in the Personal Toolbar.
* Drag it somewhere (it doesn't matter where).
* Move your mouse back to the bookmark.

The bookmark will now get the "sunken" effect which it should only get when you
press the mouse button.

Bookmarks have been rewritten last year and I can't reproduce on Win2k.

Doesn't seem to using Mozilla 1.6 on Windows XP.

I don't think Firebird took all of the bookmarks rewrite.

Ok, WFM for the suite, Firebird is covered by bug 225434.

Ok, Vidar, with this hint I also see it (Win2k).
That other Firebird bug might be related, but there it always happens, no matter
where you drop the bookmark.

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; de; rv:1.9.0.6) Gecko/2009020911 Ubuntu/8.04 (hardy) Firefox/3.0.6, Gnome Desktop

The bookmark toolbar is reset to normal when any bookmark from the toolbar is clicked.

Also, if i drag bookmark A, then drag bookmark B, only B is displayed "sunken".
