Details
There seem to be a few caching options we could/should enable for our Taskcluster CI. I don't know anything about those yet, have to talk to a few people.

This should hopefully help with bug 1294604 too, we shouldn't pull all of NSS every time we run a new task, but instead cache on the docker host and only pull updates.
