1277580 - Adding self to bug needs to be clearer in new UI

Now that I know about it the "Follow" button in the top right of a bug in the new UI is easy to use, but it's not obvious that means "Add me to the CC list". I must have seen it--I had to hit the Edit button all the time before I learned about Cmd-E--and yet I spent time in many bugs manually typing my name into the CC field. I looked all over the "People" section near the CC field looking for something better.

Once learned the "Follow" button is easy (and in a nice place), but it would help people learn about it if the Follow button were repeated inside the "People" section near the CC field (next to the "Add" button, for instance).
