Reproducible on current Release, Aurora, Nightly, on OS X. Go to "Clear Recent History" from the history menu. Click the arrow to expand the "details" pane, then click the arrow again to collapse it. Expected: the dialog looks as it did originally, Actual: there is an empty space where then pane was. Clicking the arrow to expand again shows the details *and* the space. See attached video for illustration.
