Steps to reproduce:

Compile and start firefox version 46.0.1


Actual results:

The vertical scrollbar is missing and there are other minor rendering problems such as:
- missing borders in checkboxes;
- borders of textboxes (address bar and search bar) are black instead of the normal colour. 


Expected results:

There shouldn't be rendering problems with the above mentioned GUI components (scrollbar, checkboxes and textboxes).

It does not affect 45.0.x releases.

The browser has been built with the following options:

--enable-system-cairo --enable-system-pixman

This bug is not a duplicate of Bug 1264079, because this bug affects branch 46 and does not affect branch 45, while the other one affects branch 45 and there are no reports that it also affects branch 46.

Also the symptoms in the two bugs are not exactly the same.
