This depends on Bug 1278368. Discussion about the removal is at: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/mozilla.dev.platform/1F8hGz9mH-A. And then we should also close out all the bugs in that component with a comment about re-opening into Developer Tools: Console if it's still an issue in the Browser Console.

Actually, hang on please. Someone went through and mass-moved everything from this component into Developer Tools: Console, and I'd like a chance to put them back before the component is removed.
