Details
[Affected versions]:
- Firefox 48 beta 1
- latest Aurora 49.0a2
- latest Nightly 50.0a1
[Affected platforms]:
- Ubuntu 16.04 64-bit
[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox and make sure the latest Flash version is installed (11.2.202.621 or above)
2. Open http://www.y8.com/games/papa_s_bakeria and Allow flash to be played
3. While the game is loading (after selecting player) "Adobe Flash Player Settings" window is displayed by default, so that the user can choose to allow or deny game storage.
This window is also shown after selecting "Settings..." from the contextual menu.
[Expected result]:
- The window can be dismissed by choosing "Allow" / "Deny"
[Actual result]:
- There is no way to interact with "Adobe Flash Player Settings" window.
[Regression range]:
- Reproducible with Firefox 41.0.2 so this is not a recent Firefox regression; will investigate further the regression range, if needed
[Additional notes]:
- Not reproducible on Mac OS X 10.9.5 and Win 10 64-bit
- Tried on another station with Ubuntu 14.04 64-bit and Shockwave Flash 11.2.202.548: the Settings window was not displayed by default. After updating Flash, the issue reproduced.
- Could be related to bug 1034064
