The tag is pretty much just for informational/statistical purposes, as far as I'm aware. The policy for talos-discovered regressions is here: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Buildbot/Talos/RegressionBugsHandling

Need to run the script to add the new keywords and remove the whiteboard tag from existing bugs using the tag.
