1. Open Firefox, navigate to "menu bar" -> "View" -> "Zoom" and select "Zoom only text"
2. Navigate to any page (eg. support.mozilla.org) and "zoom in"
[Expected results]
The text increases in size and there are NO layout issues.

The text increases in size and there are several layout issues.

This issue is reproducible all the way back to 2013 builds of Nightly and doesn't seem to be a regression.
