Mass change dependency tree for bug 1279002 into a whiteboard keyword.

Clearing dependencies and user story, this bug is still valid once l20n is on in Firefox, but doesn't play a story in its landing game anymore. Guess that makes it a P5 for now.

Leaving the whiteboard [gecko-l20] so that it's in our bug cloud.

Currently the about dialog also contains the updater code, which is going to get an underlying change. See bug 893505. I wonder if we would end-up with conflicts here, or time as spend on changing code which then gets removed right afterward. Maybe it might be worth to get an idea when changes will happen from both sides.

bug 893505 is not changing the about dialog or the code the about dialog uses so this is a non-issue.
