I guess this is more of an RFE than a bug, but...

I love to use tabs at work. Typically, I open a page which
lists the number of cases I have to work on that day, and
I then open an extra tab for each case in the list. I then
work through the tabs.

The problems is that the web page which display detail on each case
has a title 'Case XXXXXXX - bla bla', and when I have 10 cases or so, all I see
on the tabs is 'Case XX' and XX tends to be always the same each of the cases.

It would be nice for the browser to display the first unique characters when the
titles are the same; in a similar sort of way that the news client does with
news groups that it has shortened - it gives you enough to identify it.

I hope that makes some sense.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open up the same page, say bugzilla, in multple tabs but referencing different
bugs.
2.see that the tabs all show the same thing as titles.
3.

Actual Results:  For web pages titled 'Case 2288684' and 'Case 2283032' it shows
only 'Case 22...' in each tab.

Expected Results:  show unique text, say '..8684..' and '..3032..', or perhaps
you could do the news thing with each word, say 'Case ..86..' and 'Case ..30..'.

Not sure if this is a good idea or not.
