From IE PC, I exported my favorite into a HTML file, and then imported it to
Mozilla Mac: Hebrew folder names and link titles appear as junk.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. in win IE, have some Hebrew folder names and favorite tites
2. export them as HTMl file
3. import to mozilla mac
Actual Results: Hebrew looks like junk
Expected Results: hebrew should be OK
