Do we still bother upgrading binaries on buildbot? If not, I'll just disable spdy/h2 tests on buildbot.

We can if there is a need, but the largest benefit to time use is migrating jobs to Taskcluster.

If the "I'll just disable" makes me think the jobs don't hold value, if thats true should we just disable anyway?

If they hold value is it easier to migrate to Taskcluster (using an existing docker container or creating a new one)?

That would also allow you to upgrade things like node without our involvement!

The corresponding TC jobs (Linux64 xpcshell-tests) are already running. I'm upgrading TC docker images in bug 1283871.

Bug 1280178 has updated TC node. I'll disable spdy/h2 tests on buildbot node.

We need this (or making TC tier-1) because we have no tier-1 tests for h2.

This comment here is correct, we need this on os x (which doesn't appear to have tc xpcshell tests), and either this or to make tc tier-1 on linux
