Steps how to reproduce with English SeaMonkey (unofficial by frg) 2.47a1 (NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:50.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/50.0 Build 20160628114904 (Default Classic Theme) on German WIN7 64bit: 1. Launch Browser 2. in menu 'Tools → Web Development' uncheck all checked items 3. Quit SM → Relaunch with Browser 4. <shift+f7> Expected: opens Developer Toolbar with TAB "Style Editor" Actual: Nothing happens a) In FF Step 4 works as expected b) If you open Developer Toolbar with '<shift+control+i> → Click "Network-TAB" → <shift+f7>', <shift+f7> will switch to Style Editor view, so shourtcut works within Toolbar Also see "Bug 1223341 - Add the Firefox Devtools to the SeaMonkey UI", "Bug 842942 - (smdevtools) Integrate Firefox DevTools into SeaMonkey"
c) This problem also might affect other keyboard shortcuts from <https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Keyboard_shortcuts>, I haven't yet tested.

No longer reproducible with installation of unofficial (by wg9s) De SeaMonkey 2.53.13 beta 1 pre Mozilla/5.0 (NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0 Build 20220608203253 (Newly created User Profile Default Classic Theme) on German WIN10 64bit
