Steps:
1) Write the Ireland flag in one comment 
2) Check the posted comment

Expected:
- both places ( editing mode + normal view)  should display Ireland flag 

Actual result:
- in editing mode the Ireland flag is shown, in normal with is Italy and Spain one.
