As part of bug 1287404, I had to re-create the user 'treeherder'. After restarting the Treeherder processes that were using that account (and confirming that pulse_actions was now receiving the messages from Treeherder), I checked the queues page: https://pulseguardian.mozilla.org/queues ...expecting to see the queues to be listed there, but they are not.
Ah this sounds like bug 1079523, given: 19:47 <•camd> emorley: I think the issue with the pulse bug you sent me is that what the user has is an exchange, not a queue. 19:47 <•camd> but pulse guardian doesn't list exchanges.
