Oh good, it only fails on Mac and Windows, I can disable it selectively. Oh, that's because it has been disabled on Linux since 2014. Buh bye.

Bulk assigning P3 to all open intermittent bugs without a priority set in Firefox components per bug 1298978.

I did some try pushes to see if I could get an idea as to what was happening here. However, the pushes I did have failed to reproduce the failure at all. From the limited information available in the bug, I think it is highly likely that bug 1206133 fixed this, or maybe bug 1299428. I also ran the tests on linux, and bug 917535 doesn't seem to be valid either now. Hence I think it is best to re-enable this test, and we'll have to keep an eye to see if it re-occurs or not. I've lost the link to the first try push one, but the second one is here: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=4af815be5a2f52bcb5cb050f542c1a969fc4b1a8 All test jobs were run 20 times for both of the try runs.

Comment on attachment 8823567 [details] Bug 1289765 - Re-enable browser_locationBarCommand.js test now that the intermittents seem to have gone away. https://reviewboard.mozilla.org/r/102102/#review102922 Yeah, let's try. In the worst case we'll gather some new info about the failure.
