Details

Bugzilla installations should have names by which they can be referred in messages displayed by the installation. This is particularly true for email messages, where I might want an email message to say, f.e.: "NAME received a request to change your email address." or "I received a request to change your email address" (if NAME appears in the message's From header). The name of the installation should be a parameter whose default value is "Bugzilla".
