Some Linux builds on mozilla-beta are failing with:

INFO - Error: SOCORRO_UPLOAD_TOKEN_FILE "/builds/crash-stats-api.token" does not exist

This likely affects other trains/builds too (I see a similar issue with artifact builds on beta)

This is a more-complete (and uplift-worthy) Bug 1278445

Tomcat (or wes) can you please check this into aurora, and beta.

Will need the patch in Bug 1291337, in order to be fully useful though.
