Details

There are a bunch of refactorings in bug 1290883, and probably in support for bug 1280685. Refactoring things that don't have test coverage is a bad idea, so let's get tests as a first step.
I dropped python 2.6 support on the way. Also, fixed a bug I found in tests where I didn't drop Junk from merged content, doh.
