I'm not sure how possible this is, but I have a review requested through MozReview where my reviewer flagged r+ on the review request in Bugzilla, instead of going through the MozReview UI.

Would it be possible for that Bugzilla flag to be propagated to the review request associated with that reviewer within MozReview?
This may be a dupe bug because I'm pretty sure this topic has come up before.

My opinion is we shouldn't allow review flags for MozReview attachments to be changed in Bugzilla. MozReview is the code review tool: review should occur there.
Yes, the discussion is happening in bug 1227923.  As gps says, review should happen in MozReview.  We'll be enforcing that by disallowing the setting of flags on MozReview attachments at some point.
