We already use xlarge for these tests on Android 4.3 debug. I like the idea of using the same instance type for opt and debug.
https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=e0d01a5dd3ec looks really good. The new max run time for mochitest-gl on TC Android 4.3 opt is about 45 minutes.
