I'm trying to track down the root cause of bug 1267820 - it happens on all platforms, but most often on linux64 (hence the choice). I've been trying with a tc one-click-loaner, but given those are spot instances, and it's a relatively intermittent leak (1 in 50 or so), I haven't had one stay alive long enough to reproduce.

By the way, now that this aws instance has been created, starting and stopping it can happen in a flash!
If you are not going to be using this machine for multiple hours, let us know in this bug and we can stop it.

The issue was caused by the loaner not being added to the vpn_releng_loan group (as the e-mail address was). I fixed this and also set the VNC password (as it was missing). All looks good now.
