Favicon support in the personal toolbar is broken. Favicons *are* being
displayed under Bookmarks->Personal Toolbar Folder, but not in the actual
toolbar. It worked fine in 2002030208, but it didn't work in 2002030604 (and
hasn't worked since). (I have the line
'user_pref("browser.chrome.favicons",true);' in user.js.

This feature was buggy, so it has been removed until it can be fixed properly. dup of 113574 favicons & branded search icons lost in bookmarks window/sidebar/toolbar/menu *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 113574 ***
