Attached is a screenshot of a Duo Push notification I get every two weeks or so on my main workstation. I assume the "Remember device" option implies I should not be prompted for a passcode regularly, but it doesn't seem to help. This is an annoyance since when prompted I have to grab my phone, launch the Duo app and punch the code in.

The "remember device" checkbox refers to the workstation you are using to access Okta. If you don't check it, you'll be asked for MFA/Duo every time the Okta session expires (currently 12 hours). If you do check the box, it should not prompt you again for 7 days. We have some changes planned to extend these times and are working on rolling out the updated Duo UI for Okta, but it's currently low priority.

We no longer use okta, the current checkbox is from Duo and respected, ie this is fixed
