Details

STR: Push a review with no reviewer set (e.g. no r?blah). Go into reviewboard Edit the reviewer and add the name. Press enter. At the top of the screen the message "Publish or Dismiss changes" pop up (or something to that extent) When you click on this button, two more buttons now show up, one to publish, and one to dismiss. The intermediary step to "publish or dismiss" is unnecessary and should be removed.
