129994 - no longer able to log into this site

looks like the bug 129533 fix is responsible for this bustage, it works fine in
build 3-9 w2k, broken build 3-10-08.

regression.  We should be able to log into the site with this supplied URL.  You
will see a dialog come up telling you basically that you unable to login.

If you go to the main page to enter data into the form and click it's 'go'
button to submit.

You get the same dialog after submitting.

Looks like a string problem.

Um... bug 129533 did not change the functionality of any code...

At the very least, send this to the relevant component if you think they are
related.

Ok, i took the code to say the very least that it was changing the string code
in the networking protocol files.. um, I did try to check other builds, now I
can't seem to get this to at all with any build.. so I'm going to mark invalid
for now s it just maybe they site is hosed for now, and come back to it later. 
I tried build 3-9 and it didn't work, I tried ns6.2.1, builds 3-1 to 3-8 and
same thing.

WFM..verifing 3-10 build today.  closing up, it was their server.
