Bug 120502 fixed an issue with Microsoft newsgroups, but now i experience a new
one: 

When reading through posts, occassionaly the initial message is shown as a reply
to the initial message. Expand and collapse the thread and expand again, and
another copy of the the initial message is shown as a reply to the initial
message. This you can continue to do

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.read messages in newsgroup
2.expand thread
3.if you see a reply that's the same as the initial message, then expand and
collapse, expand and collapse etc the thread and you'll see the message list
keeps getting longer and longer, always with the same message 

seen it three times on different builds, but just by mere chance. Haven't found
a system in it yet. Just that it always happens on the MS servers for me.

Couldn't reproduce on linux trunk cvs 2002-03-11. Looks like bug 117571, except
that doesn't mention the thread growing on expand/collapse.

as i said, i haven't noticed any system in it yet, and it doesn't occur always.
I'll keep on looking for it though

I'll search for this.  I know Laurel and I have both seen an existing bug about
this out there somewhere.
