Fix for "Bug 1178164 - customize_help.xhtml: Mention "Firefox & Thunderbird Add-on Converter for SeaMonkey"" has landed in "seamonkey-2.48a1.en-US.langpack.xpi", but not in seamonkey-2.48a1.en-US.win64.installer.exe.

Steps how to reproduce with unofficial en-US SeaMonkey 2.48a1  (NT 6.1; X64; rv:51.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/51.0 Build 20160905222145  (Default Classic Theme) on German WIN7 64bit:

1. Download "seamonkey-2.48a1.en-US.langpack.xpi" from <https://l10n.mozilla-community.org/~akalla/unofficial/seamonkey/nightly/latest-comm-central-windows64/> 
2. Unzip
3. open ".../seamonkey-2.48a1.en-US.langpack/chrome/en-US/locale/en-US/communicator/help/customize_help.xhtml#add-ons"
      » In grey TOC you will see "Using the Add-on Converter"       :-)
4. Download "seamonkey-2.48a1.en-US.win64.installer.exe" from same
   directory
5. Terminate SeaMonkey
6. Unzip downloaded installer.exe
7. Launch seamonkey.exe in core folder (preferably via Profile Manager
   and open a new Profile for this test)
8. <f1> for Help → Search for "customizing seamonkey" → click the hit
9. Click "Add-ons" in first TOC
   Bug: Last (new) item "Using the Add-on Converter" and the related
        chapter are missing.                                        :-(

a) I wonder whether this problem affects other fixes for HelpCleanup2016
