b) I wonder whether it might work that we do already link fixes and similar in localized SM with really translated Help and only leave text language related fixes for the localization teams?
In some cases (e.g. Page Info - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/page-info-window-view-technical-details-about-page), it might make sense to copy (and make minor edits to) Firefox documentation at support.mozilla.org. It looks like that site's content is under Creative Commons BY-SA 3.0 - would this be an issue?
