User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:29.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/29.0 Build ID: 20160823121617 Steps to reproduce: Placing the mouse pointer on the inactive tab doesn't show up the close button. Actual results: When I place my mouse cursor on the inactive tab it is not showing up the close button, that's what bothered me when there were around 15 - 20 tabs opened. I had to visit all opened tabs to close it. Expected results: I feel the ease in usability if there would be a close button if the user place his mouse pointer over the inactive tab.
Are you really using FF29 according to your user agent? If yes, FF29 is not supported anymore, so update to FF48 and try again.

¡Hola! Per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=865826 this is intended behavior. Please see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=865826#c62 for a workaround. ¡Gracias! Alex
