Things look better now, at the moment we have the following market prices:
g2.2xlarge --> $0.4598 per Hour (us-east)
g2.2xlarge --> $0.1519 per Hour (us-west)
I don't have merge permissions, so I'll have to defer this to someone else :)

fyi: https://github.com/mozilla-releng/build-cloud-tools/commit/2cc420bea3b9f33234b1d553d91b359b1c07a245

because:

2:01:26 <•catlee> jlund: so prices went up above 8?
12:01:29 <•catlee> ooph
12:01:32 <•catlee> how about in usw2?
12:01:46 <jlund> https://irccloud.mozilla.com/file/ATmFSJTp/Screen+Shot+2016-09-14+at+12.01.28+PM.pngScreen Shot 2016-09-14 at 12.01.28 PM.png84.5KB • image/png
12:02:49 <jlund> we bid at 8.00 and only do so if that's 20% more than market. which is 6.40
12:03:30 <jlund> catlee: usw2 is similar
12:03:39 <jlund> shall I bump use1 up by $1.00?
12:04:30 <•catlee> sure
market prices are still bouncing around a bit, but I'd like to try dropping our bid back down.

I think we should leave the ondemand limits where they were.

I've merged this as https://github.com/mozilla-releng/build-cloud-tools/pull/252
