Have a couple of updates to the way we search the rdf/xml for help that I'd like
to get in. The following attachment strips off a couple of characters on the
search terms and on the text that's searched against, makes it a little
"fuzzier", matches "Creating a Theme" with the search term "Themes", that kind
of thing.

Added some fuzziness to the search regex. It's not perfect yet, so keeping this
bug open and unelevated for further updates.

If the word is four characters or less, I don't drop the last character to
build the regex
moving stuff over to an outside-the-firewall email for the time being, looking
for people to pick these Help and doc bugs up for me.
