1304174 - Updates for custom Name Clearance form

Hi dkl. Thanks so much for creating this form. Now that it has been used a few times, I've become aware of a few tweaks that will make it even better.

1. If possible, please add to the name of the bug (summary) the first name choice and the business unit so it is "New Name Clearance Request for [answer to "What is your first choice for the name?"] for [answer to "Business unit requesting the search"].

2. "Anything else you want us to know?" should not be required.

3. Please add the following new question after "Has the brand team been involved in the naming process?": "How soon do you need the results?" with a drop down list for the answer consisting of "2 days," "a week," "2-3 weeks," and "no rush" as the choices.

Thanks. The form looks good. One additional request, please add "Don't know" to the options under "Are other companies using the name?"

I couldn't submit a request because I got this error message: "There is no component named 'Name Clearance (Trademark Search)' in the 'Legal' product."

Yeah forgot to add the new component to our old test snapshot data. I have added it now so you should not get that error. Please try it again.

I was able to submit. In the production version these bugs will be auto-assigned to me, right? Please let me know when "Don't know" has been added. Thanks.

Yes they will still be assigned to you in production if that is what is happening now. I also added the "Don't know" value as well since I missed it last time.  Changes will be in the next code push.

Hi dkl - Mika is trying to consolidate the legal product components down to a few. Is it possible to have this form open a bug in the newly created Product Requests component rather than the current Name Clearance component? I'm just asking a question, not for any action at the moment. I know you guys aren't really making changes to customized forms any longer.

It would be easy to change the component to something else so please file a bug for it. We can still make minor fixes/changes when needed. We are just holding off on any major new custom forms for a bit.
