If Flash Player supports async drawing (that is, version 23 or later) but Firefox does not use it (that is, dom.ipc.plugins.asyncdrawing.enabled is false), Firefox will not force windowless mode.

NPP_NewInternal should check not only Flash Player's AsyncDrawingSupport flag but also the dom.ipc.plugins.asyncdrawing.enabled pref.

But win32 has a different problem (bug 1301486).
