Builds have gone green again since the m-c merge above. It should be safe to unhide TC tier 2 win builds again.

I never quite grasped that explicit "mozilla-central" - if we land that patch on mozilla-aurora, will the currently busted builds there suddenly start working, or continue to be broken in a new way, or begin corrupting a shared repo by splashing it full of aurora?

And there's even more ccache bustage piled on top of this on aurora. I don't see any real point in running them on 51, let's just kill them there.
