Not sure what component this goes in, please triage.
If your autolanded patch has been backed out, you need to re-open the review request to push the amended fix. However, this only works if you re-open the parent request. It is not sufficient to re-open a child request. This is quite confusing and had me stumped for awhile. Since figuring this out, I've seen 3 other people run into this problem.
I see two solutions:
A) Hide the re-open banner on child requests
B) Make re-opening a child request also automatically re-open the parent

Could the push command prompt the user to re-open the necessary reviews as well? That is, similarly to how it prompts you to publish the review or not.

This is almost fixed (though not sure about comment 1; I'll put that in the dupe).
