Do you see any error message logged to Web Console when you click the clip icon?
Flags: needinfo?(micccmic)
No error message. Nothing happened.
Thanks!

Thanks :)
Since the website is not publicly available (right?), it would be hard to reproduce and investigate the issue on other place.
Can you test the following things?
* does the issue happen on safe mode? [1]
* does the issue happen on newly created clean profile? [2]
* does the issue happen on Firefox Nightly? [3]
Then, if the issue happens on all configuration, it could be a regression in Firefox itself.
In that case, can you find out which change introduced the issue, by mozregression? [4]
if you have any question, feel free to ask here.

This is expected behavior because showModalDialog doesn't work w/ e10s on. Microsoft's recommended workaround is to use IE (or to updgrade Outlook). This doesn't work in Edge or Chrome either, FWIW.
