OK, this problem has been around for a while; if you reply to a message (or any
email that is more than a screenful in length), and you use Shift-PageUp or
Shift-PageDown to highlight a screenful of text at a time, nothing happens. 
Should be easy to fix...

(this is when composing email as plain text, not HTML, and for example this form
has the same problem within this text area...)


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compose an email
2. Enter 50 lines of text
3. Try pressing Shift-PageUp or Shift-PageDown to highlight text...

Actual Results:  Nothing happened (not even a beep)

Expected Results:  It should highlight the next or previous page's worth of
text, like in all other programs.
