Everything b2g is being removed from mozilla-central. Let's remove the TC tasks related to b2g.

This definitely isn't all of it. But I got the obvious chunks. Still
need to clean up mozharness.

I think some of the files in `taskcluster/scripts/builder` are still going to be needed!  I'd be OK with seeing them move -- the name of the directory is a bit confusing.  Aside from that directory, this looks fine.

Others have removed a ton of B2G code from mozilla-central. And the automation is busted. So I don't need lmandel's sign-off.

I'm late to respond because I was doing some due diligence. You are correct that you didn't need my sign-off. wrt m-c you're correct to remove the jobs. We may want to treat a B2G specific branch differently.
