User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.122 Safari/537.36 Vivaldi/1.4.589.29

Steps to reproduce:

I didn't do anything, but my mailprovider updated his server and I had to accept a new certificate.

However I used IMAP4 and had many mails stored for offline use (don't know if this makes a different in this case).

Actual results:

Seamonkey retrieved all the mails headers again in all folders.
This was very annoying because of
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1306909

Don't think that it downloaded the full mails, that would have been even longer. My offline mails still were available.

Expected results:

Nothing.
