[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Start Firefox.
2. Go to: http://www.stephaniequinn.com/Music/Mozart%20-%20Presto.mp3.

[Expected result]:
- Tab sound indicator is properly displayed, no flickering issues.

[Actual result]:
- The tab audio icon is flickering when the song starts to play. (first 4 or 5 seconds)

[Additional notes]:
- Mac OS X 10.9.5 doesn't seem to be affected
- with other files like .ogg: http://goo.gl/ZjMXaA the issue is not reproducible anymore

Yes, it's similar with the reason of bug 1284830 and can be solved by bug1232357.
