While using "Forward as Inline" , the signature (HTML) is placed in wrong place.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Send a meaasge to your own email box
2.Forward this message with "forward as inline"
3.Then you will see your signature(HTML style) is placed in wrong place in the
composing window.

Actual Results:  Then you will see your signature(HTML style) is placed in wrong
place in the composing window.

Expected Results:  Place signature at the bottom or at the top.
