Steps to reproduce:

Install KeePass and WebAutoType plugin https://sourceforge.net/projects/webautotype/
Press hotkey for 1) 'Create Entry from Web Page' or 2) 'Global Autotype' 



Actual results:

1) The 'Create Entry' pop-up appears but the 'Title', 'Username' and 'URL' sections don't get autofilled http://i.imgur.com/MH6CwDT.png
2) Nothing happens


Expected results:

1) 'Title', 'Username' and 'URL' sections should get autofilled
2) On Firefox 48 and every other version it begins auto typing in my username and password (this also works fine on Google Chrome)
It's probably an issue similar to bug 1305652, due to bug 667233 which landed in FF49.
In that case, the extensions need to be updated, I think.

MattN, we have 2 reports (bug 1305652, bug 1312048) about username/pwd autofill broken after bug 667233.
Do the devs need to update their add-ons to restore this functionality?

According to the software developer accessibility is not available on Firefox multiprocess and that's the cause https://sourceforge.net/p/keepass/discussion/329220/thread/ecff27ab/?limit=25&page=4#1b8f
