I incorrectly added in bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1309694
Bug 1302617 as blocking bug

Not having access to 1302617, I can't remove it from the blocking list in bug 1309694

It makes for surprising behaviour as in effect, all I want to modify is bug 1309694

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1302617 is not (and was not) a restricted Security bug, as far as I can see.

What do you see? Is there an "(edit)" link next to "Blocks:"? Can you click it? Can you remove the ID from the textfield? Can you save your changes? Where exactly does it fail and how?

my bad, it's bug 1302817

if you look at bug 1309694, in the "Blocks" list you have 1302817. I can't change that field and remove this incorrect entry

If I attempt to remove 1302817 from bug 1309694, it opens a new page "You are not authorized to access bug 1302817. "
