Details
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:0.9.9+)
Gecko/20020315
BuildID: 2002031508
[RFE] Accent bar below browser tabs and bordering top of active page does not
remain rendered in Aqua blue following page loading. Accent bar color should
remain blended with the tab:
http://developer.apple.com/techpubs/macosx/Essentials/AquaHIGuidelines/AHIGControls/Tab_Controls.html
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Mozilla in Classic Theme.
2. Open additional page as Tab.
3. Tabs not rendered per Aqua UI Guideline
Actual Results: Tabs do not have Aqua color accent border and the tab close
button is rendered with a platinum-like style.
Expected Results: Tabs should have an Aqua accent bar below the tab and
bordering the top of the page content. The tab close button should be rendered
per Aqua guideline as red window close button other appropriate widget.

Also, Classic Theme should include the pinstripe background in the browser Tab bar.
