I noticed this while testing some work for bug 1310187. Clicking the history of scheduled rule change takes you back to the splash page. I'm not sure if this is just a problem with the UI, or if the backend isn't doing the right thing too.

I'm pretty sure it's just a UI issue, as we've got endpoints for Scheduled Changes revisions.
