we have one spot that reference the seta server in-tree: https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/taskcluster/taskgraph/util/seta.py?q=seta.heroku&redirect_type=single# this should be https :)
fixing this in bug 1315145 since I was hacking in the same file.
