I created it but there seems to be some bugs with the Alerts feature of Re:Dash. (e.g. unable to add recipients other than myself, did not save reset time, cannot edit any settings once saved)

I set it to trigger if success rate drops below 96%. Normally it is above 97%.

This is important, but not currently actionable, and probably won't be for a while. We're blocked on features in re:dash.
