Steps to reproduce:
Cut and paste of the URL for a saved search from the browser, or anywhere I have a link to it, sent to another Bugzilla user should work. The only link that works currently is the link from the saved searches page.
Actual results:
Red highlighted error message "The search named XXXX does not exist."
Expected results:
They should see the saved and shared query results.
Workarounds:
1. Always share the link from the saved searches page.
2. Memorize the magic "&sharer_id=YYY" and manually add it to the end of the URL

Once Bug 1496879 is landed, saved search pages will get a shareable, canonical URL.
